Welcome to my composition page. I am a young composer currently studying music at

music, please contact me directly. I am very flexible at this point and most of my

03-02-2010 I recently had my MM recital here at CCM, and it went very well. Congratulations
to all the fine performers who were involved in this event! Full recordings are now
available for a limited time, after which only excerpts will be available.
02-11-2010 Everything is very busy right now, particularly with my recital coming
up. I have interviews at UT Austin and Florida State University this month, so more
than likely I will end up at one of these great institutions!
10-17-2009 School is off to a great start. I am currently applying to DMA programs
in composition as well as preparing for my senior recital which will take place in
winter quarter. I am working on a clarinet solo, a computer music piece, and a chamber
ensemble piece.
08-17-2009 Summer has been going well so far. As usual, time just keeps flying by!
I have been working on a couple pieces and hopefully I can get them done in time
for deadlines. I also have changed the look to this site and I hope you enjoy it!
06-01-2009 Symphony No. 1 for band, organ, and electronics, is finally complete.
I am excited with the result and hope to have it played within the next year. Callisto
was premiered this past Friday and the recording is online! I hope you enjoy it.
I have had a terrific year at CCM and look forward to being back next year.
05-02-2009 Time seems to be flying by! I am still working on Io but am near finishing
it. I have finished the finale, Callisto which will be performed at CCM by the wind
ensemble on May 29th. I’ll post a recording once I have one. I have been named one
of many finalists in the 2nd International Frank Ticheli contest. Only one more month
and I will be done with my first year of masters work here at CCM!
